Shipping Policy
Orders are typically shipped within 2-4 working days from confirmation. You will receive a notification via SMS or email once your order is dispatched.
Custom products require 4-7 days for shipping. Our warehouse processes orders from Monday to Saturday. Delivery times vary between 5-10 working days depending on your location. (*For North-Eastern States, delivery may take up to 15 days.)
Once an order is confirmed, no changes are permitted. This includes cancellation, addition of items, changes in products, or modification of coupon codes. Please review your order carefully before confirmation.
If any product in your order becomes unavailable or experiences a delay, we will contact you within 1-2 working days via call or message to provide updates.
If your delivery status shows “delivered” but you have not received the product, please notify us within 24 hours. Send an email with your order ID and the subject “wrong delivery status” to sales@nilalarts.com. Failure to do so within 24 hours will void eligibility for refunds or support from our team.
Shipping charges on our website apply to orders up to 25 kg. Orders exceeding this weight will incur additional charges, for which we will contact you directly.
